Palmetum Botanical Gardens FREE Photography Walk

I am hosting a free photo walk at the Palmetum Botanical Gardens in Townsville, and you’re invited. This photo walk is for any level of photography from beginner to advanced.
We will be meeting at the Palmetum Cafe from 8:00am and taking a leisurely stroll from there through the gardens and along a stretch of the river before returning to the cafe for morning tea

What to Bring?
I’d recommend you bring the following:
– water
– Comfortable Shoes- Appropriate Clothing
– Snacks (if required)
– Camera (or mobile phone camera)
– mosquito repellent
– money for coffee/breakfast if you’re staying after the walk

So I can have an idea of numbers for this walk it is vitally important to confirm your place as soon as possible. This helps me to manage the event better and gives me the opportunity to communicate directly with you in the event of any changes that may occur prior to the event. This is a social event and I am not charging a fee for this walk and take no responsibility for any mishaps, accidents, illness, injuries that may occur as a result of the activity. It is up to everyone to make sure they are capable of completing the activity. If you attend this walk, it will be solely at your own risk.
Before RSVP’ing to this event, please ensure you are physically capable of completing the entire walk. We take short breaks during the walk, but stick to a tight timeframe to ensure we complete the walk in the allotted time. Know your limits.
Remember, everyone is responsible for their own safety. You are responsible to ensure you bring enough water, snacks and any other relevant items to the walk.
